The reality of professional soccer, is that Professional teams, and clubs DO NOT post for job opportunity, and or positions available. take England for example. walk on tryouts are UNHEARD OF. Teams receive notice about young players by registered sports agents, and or youth academy members. If these clubs are looking for a specific player/position club scouts are sent out to national events like the Texas invitational open to semi- and pro teams youth and reserve squads, and or college events/high profile club level tournaments. There are exceptions. Canadian soccer league teams www.csl.ca for example host Tryouts in the early spring, and the MLS (Toronto F.C, Huston, etc) usually host independent tryouts in January (Transfer window). From these tryouts only 1 or two players ever make it. The point is for any young player reading this, there is no shortcut to gaining the spotlight. You need an agent. This could be your dad, uncle, ant an Independent agency, what ever. Second you need to be playing ALL THE TIME. The higher profile, the better. Second if you cant afford to fly to England, or Germany, Spain, Holland, Denmark, Italy, or one of the other large soccer nations, you will need to contact MANY clubs to see if any of them have a Club scout on there payroll operating in there area. For example, my favorite English club West Ham United operate an academy/office in Seattle Washington. Young players and older players looking for a club need to understand that being a professional player might mean having to play for some lesser known clubs, in some leagues that are not as well known, or even locally televised. To play in England might mean playing in Serbia for a year before moving to Denmark or Holland, or Belgium. These leagues are highly competitive and will get players great exposure to agents, and scouts from bigger clubs. Train hard, use the internet to your advantage. call clubs offices for trials and other useful information. If your good and determined you will make it. Just don't shoot for the biggest clubs off the hope. It just does not work that way.
very well said i agree with you 100% but they must watch out for scammers

thankyou
