Keeper off season training

Hi all, I'm hoping you can help me. I would like to set up an off season keeper training plan for my HS / College keepers that they can do on thier own. Where would you recommend I go to get the necessary information. If you know of any websites, books or organizations that I can go to I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Wayne
