I've been lookng @ info as well on this subject as I am now working with our High School JV and Varsity teams. Beyond our Head coach giving me some drills to work with I have found some good ones on www.youtube.com - Just type in Keeper training in the search area. I was able to build a full training from warm ups to speed and recovery drills along with tips on punting and goal kicks.

...yep Jeff - pretty impressive, but have to be careful, Re: the age range of under 14's, although sessions can be tailored to suit, if the coach has the expreience to do so; otherwise I would suggest leave well alone, in case the young gk gets injured...
